The MLANetwork platform, website, and all associated services are wholly owned and operated by MLA ENTERPRISES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Any references to "MLA", "MLANetwork", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to MLA ENTERPRISES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Membership and Eligibility

MLA (Maharashtrian Ladies Association) provides specialized networking and business growth services. Membership eligibility is determined based on the specific plan chosen (e.g., MLBN is exclusively for women entrepreneurs). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Fees and Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment partners.

Community Guidelines

Members are expected to maintain professional conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Spamming or unsolicited promotional content within community groups.
  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Sharing of sensitive community data or member contact details outside the platform.
  • Any illegal activities or violation of intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of MLA and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
